Henry Nelson-Case
We’re thrilled to announce that Henry Nelson-Case is on the panel for this webinar.
Alongside being a lawyer, Henry is a super sharp, witty creator who blends legal insights with comedy, tackling everything from toxic office culture to millennial vs. Gen Z struggles. Henry creates relatable and impactful content on social media that aims to positively impact the lives of all those who have been affected by negative corporate workplace behaviours. In doing so, Henry strives to promote the importance of mental health and wellbeing in the workplace and challenge such toxic corporate behaviours.
Henry has also delivered a TedX talk on how toxic masculinity negatively impacts mens mental health, alongside speaking on BBC World News on Millennial and Gen Z behaviours. Henry has also spoken at Oxford and Cambridge universities and has also lead discussions at a whole host of UK conferences.

Anita Gohil-Thorp
We’re delighted to welcome Anita to our line-up.
Anita is a former lawyer and legal recruiter, now a professional coach with over 20 years’ experience. She specialises in helping lawyers from Gen Z to senior leaders overcome blind spots, build confidence, own a growth mindset and unlock potential for themselves and others.
Having coached across generations, she brings unique insight into how the profession can better support mental health, bridge generational gaps, and create environments where all talent can thrive. Anita is a Mental Health First Aider and certified advocate for wellbeing at work.

Morgan Pennie
We’re so happy to welcome Morgan to the panel. Here's a bit more about her.
With over two years of prior experience in both criminal law and general client matters, Morgan pursued her legal aspirations by obtaining her Law degree from Queen's University. This foundational experience paved the way for securing a coveted training contract with Pinsent Masons, where she is on track to receive her Legal Practising Certificate of Qualification in June of this year.
Beyond her professional commitments, Morgan actively contributes to the legal community as a committee member of the Northern Ireland Young Solicitors Association and regularly undertakes pro bono work within her firm.
