Why we exist

Rectangle 177

LawCare exists to support and promote mental wellbeing across the legal community in the UK.

We've been supporting legal professionals for over 25 years.

We know from a growing body of research that the accepted working practices and culture in law undermine mental wellbeing.

We provide direct support services and information to help legal professionals cope with the demands of life in the law.

We work with legal educators, regulators, professional bodies, special interest groups and legal practices to improve the culture in law, to encourage healthy legal workplaces that support mental wellbeing and challenge the stigma that can make it hard for some to seek help.

We are striving for a legal profession where people thrive.

The Certificate certifies that the organisation was assessed as meeting the Cyber Essentials implementation profile and thus that, at the time of testing, the organisations ICT defences were assessed as satisfactory against commodity based cyber attack. However, this Certificate does not in any way guarantee that the organisations defences will remain satisfactory against a cyber attack.

We're here to listen...without judgement
