I'm Having a Panic Attack!

A panic attack is usually an imbalance of Carbon Dioxide in the body. A simple method of relieving the symptoms is known as the Ratio Breathing Technique as follows:-
0  
1 Stop what you are doing and close your mouth (stop hyperventilating).
   
2 Place your hands over your face covering your nose and mouth, or you can use a paper bag (NOT plastic) if you have one handy.

3 Breathe in for a count of six
  Hold your breath for a count of six
  Breathe out for a count of six

4 Then for ten or twelve times:
  Breathe in for a count of three
  Breathe out for a count of six
4  
5 Be sure to keep your mouth closed at all times.

Then repeat the process again. After this the symptoms of the panic attack will have been removed.
